EMPATHY: I need to remember to keep in mind what our teacher’s are going through on a regular basis and how to come along side of them to provide them the resources and help that they need.  By listening without an agenda, I can understand the daily struggles, read between the educational jargon, and try to pinpoint what they need when they need it.
