In Diary of a wimpy kid Hard Luck by Jeff Kinney, my favorite character is Greg. Greg lost his friend Rowley. But not really it’s just he has a girlfriend so Greg is trying to find a friend that is like Rowley.Greg is also kind of funny, like when he was trying not to laugh but he couldn’t hold it in and spit all over the table. I like Greg because that was me kind of. I made a lot of friends at my old school then I had to move and make new friends but it was kind of hard.
Rowley is my least favorite character. Rowley went to go run off with a girl. Then he completely changed. His personality and the way he looks. He just left Greg like he was nothing. Now Greg has to watch out for dog poop because Rowey was his poop alert person. At the end of the book he just wants to go back with Greg because his girlfriend broke up with him. BUut Greg said yes and that is the only thing that I liked about him.
Greg has so much to deal with, for example his family. His family is not bad it’s just they are wild. His cousins are crazy and Greg’s aunt had child leashes on them for a little bit. His mom keeps a lot of secrets from them in her closet. Like how to parent a kid and Greg knows all the tricks now. That is all for these two book characters and read this book if you would like too.
