If you know anything about the NFL, chances are, you most likely know who Odell Beckham Jr, is, or at least heard of him. Over the past couple of years, Odell has gotten lots of attention from the media and has probably become the most widely known player in the NFL. He has also become a celebrity and a public figure as the years come. Racking up 11 million followers on Instagram, which is more than what Tom Brady has and Brady is the best player in the league! He got drafted in 2014 as a first round pick and has made one of the biggest contributions in New York Giants’ history. Becoming the best wide receiver in the league as well. He is also known as making the famous Odell Beckham catch pose, which many people attempt to emulate.

There has been a lot of talk about Odell because he recently got traded to the Browns. In recent years, Odell has always been the cool guy who likes to flaunt and draw attention. He dresses flashy, has flashy hair, and attends a lot of clubs and parties. Prior to his fame, it has decreased over the years as not many people are too familiar with him as they used to. The NFL has lost many people’s interest and football players aren’t as widely known as they used to anymore. Many people have sp[ecualted Odell from getting traded because he isn’t a very good liability on the field like he used to and he may not be the best wide receiver in the league anymore. The Giants took that risk for more players because they needed better players for the team’s positions as well as a new head coach, Pat Shurmur. They know that he is worth a lot, Odell got a 5-year extension of over 90 million dollars as his contract. But, we’ll see how this all plays out, I’m really stoked about the offseason.
