Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant, a restaurant that is exploring and sharing timeless elegance for all. The Cooper’s Hawk concept combines four very different components: an upscale casual dining restaurant, full-service bar, private dining room, and Napa-style tasting room. The Cooper’s Hawk experience begins in the parking lot. When guests arrive, they have the ability to use the valet parking, a service typically only found at more elegant restaurants. I look forward to receiving this level of service and my date is impressed. Instead of making her walk in the parking lot, I pulled up to the valet, who promptly open my date’s door and helped her exit my car. When we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by smiling staff. I had already placed a reservation, which turned out to be a smart choice since they were entertaining a full house, the two of us did not have to sit and wait; instead, instantly we were seated at a table labeled in my name by a hostess who was dressed in an all-black astonishing dress. In no time a pleasant waiter arrived to introduce herself and allow us to begin our dining experience.
We started off our meal with hot, warm buttery bread that we ate until our delicious appetizer arrived, the Cooper’s Hawk Calamari. I had never smelled Calamari with such an intoxicating aroma before. The smell of the squid jolted my taste buds to life, and that was before I even took my first bite. While my date and I enjoyed our appetizers, we took in the lovely ambiance of the restaurant. To have not even received my main course, and yet feel happy with the appetizer, Cooper’s Hawk had put into motion their plan to reconstruct my senses of taste, smell, and perception. When our meals arrived, I was more than impressed with the speed at which it came. Displayed before us, was a meal fit for an executive and to be presented with such carefully crafted dishes, pleased me and my date. Each bite was a sensory explosion that pleased all of my taste buds.
The waiter, the decor, and the dishes were excellent. With complete certainty, it can be said that Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants presents elegance and excellence for all. It is a spectacular restaurant with so much to offer its diners. Its hours of availability from 11:00 am to 9:00pm on most days make Cooper’s Hawk accessible during the afternoon for lunch, dinner, and drinks. Who would want to pass up the chance to enjoy a meal at a restaurant with specialty wines, divine food, and lovely decor? No one would.
