Seventeen Thanks

Seventeen’s ComeBack was one of the greatest ones yet!! The band had released the teaser for the upcoming song on February 1st, leaving fans at the brink of heart attacks as the media exploded with the news. On February 5th, Seventeen dropped the MV, instantly receiving much support from their upbeat fandom, Carats! Their song was composed by the leader of the vocal unit, Woozie, as well as collaborating with Bumzu. Hoshi, the leader of the performance unit, also significantly contributed by acting as the co-lyricist. S.Coups, Mingyu, Vernon, Joshua, and Jeonghan are also credited with writing the lyrics for the other tracks of the album that would be released called Director’s Cut, the album being an extended, reissued version of the K-Pop group’s 2017 Teen, Age. “Thanks” is about two people who were in love with each other but did not stay together, the one singing wishing they could convey their feelings of gratitude to the other in a sense of saying “Thank You” for the times they’ve shared together, hoping that it would reach the other’s heart.

Astro Global Fanmeet in the U.S. DC

ASTRO came to DC!!! The young, inspiring, and incredibly cute band made their way across to America to four different locations: San Francisco, Los Angeles, DC, and New York!! Their band consists of six members: JinJin, Rocky, Moonbin, Eunwoo, MJ, and baby Sanha that revolve around the concept of cute, fun-loving, and adorable. On February 7th, they performed multiple songs, of course highlighting their most recent albums that had recently been dropped, Dream pt 1 and Dream pt 2, and interacted with their fans by playing a variety of different games. They got amazing support from their Arohas (their fandom name) and promised to work harder so they could come back next year to perform at a concert instead! After their performance, they had a Fan High-Touch event, then after that, a Group Picture event. Their overall performances in the U.S. was a great success and us Arohas in America look forwards to seeing them back again soon!
