A roaring river

Sparkling with warm sunlight

Flows into the lake.

Trees bent in the wind

Trees as far as the eye can see

Fall is coming soon.

Leaves float to the ground

The wind whips through the forest

The air crisp, and clean.

Flowers getting old

Crumbling and turning brown

Next will be winter.
