East Coast Hit by Polar Vortex

The polar vortex is set to hit the East Coast and bring temperatures into the high forties. The low temperatures are also predicted to be accompanied with snow in certain areas such as the DMV and the Appalachian Mountains this weekend. For most of the East Coast, there will light, cold rain and high winds. Due to this, many are suspecting record-breaking temperatures in the next week. So, instead of the warm spring weather, expect weather similar to that of early March.
