SUCCESSFUL FIRST MEETING!

Thank you everyone for coming to our first Freedom Gaming League community get together in L213! I encourage you all to continue inviting others to join us. Couple things I realized/learned.

1) I definitely want Max and I to focus on the social/fun aspect of the club vs. having serious matches every Tuesday. Any recommendations for games that others would like to play are highly recommended. I will be bringing in my PS5 next time.

2) I am SHOCKED how much fun BeyBlades were! I will continue to bring in what I have, and it would be cool if more got involved with it. Would love to see a tournament done for Beyblades. Just imagine…

3) We will still hold a seasonal tournament in the library in the Winter and Spring which Max will be planning beforehand. Anyone who would like to help him out with that, please DM him directly.

I look forward to next Tuesday already!

Even Through the Pandemic, We Soar

COVID-19 has been changing every part of our daily lives, but even though students have been unable to meet and practice in the same room, this hasn’t prevented the Freedom Eagles League of Legends team from seeing the blue “Victory” screen after their matches. As of November 16, the Freedom Eagles League of Legends team is 6-1 for this season. Congratulations!
