I know I am also late on this trade but I think the Clippers are going into rebuild mode when they lost Chris Paul. When they had “Lob City” they were in win now mode but they couldn’t get it done it the NBA so Chris Paul left and they knew they had to do something so this is the move that they had to make. Right now they are definitely in rebuild mode. They might try to build around Deandre Jordan who is 29 years old and is in his prime years so it might be difficult.
