Date: February 5th
Yesterday I watched Super Bowl LII (52). It was between the Philadelphia Eagles and New England Patriots. A lot of my cousins came over and we watched the game in my home theater and it was packed as we watched the intense game. Everyone there was cheering for the Eagles and we felt good going into the half as the Eagles were leading 22-12 and we watched Justin Timberlake performed a bunch of songs and the finale he performed “Can’t Stop The Feeling” and a bunch of people dressed in colored shirts started dancing and it looked like they were trolls. The Patriots started coming back with back to back Rob Gronkowski touchdowns. Then the Patriots were leading 33-32 and the Eagles needed a touchdown and they got an amazing touchdown with their tight end Zach Ertz and got a weird touchdown and they couldn’t get the 2 pint conversion and were up 5 points. Then Tom Brady came on to the field and they showed a stat that in all of Brady’s 5 Super Bowl rings he had to come back and win it in the 4th quarter or overtime. Then a couple plays later Brandon Graham who is the Eagles best pass rusher in the regular season who was quiet the whole game came through. The whole game there wasn’t a single sack and he came through and sacked Tom Brady and made him fumble and Derek Barnett recovered it. The Eagles got a field goal and they were leading by 8 points. Then Tom Brady threw a deep pass and his receiver caught it and they had one last chance with a hail mary. They threw it in Rob Gronkowski’s directoin and it was broken up but then an Eagles player hit back up in the air and hit the ground and then Danny Amendola caught but it was already ruled incomplete and the Eagles won and Nick Foles won Super Bowl MVP.
