I came over from the Sharing Our Notebooks page to see your blogs. I’m going to teach sixth grade next year and am looking for examples for my students.
I love the way you structured this poem. The repetition of the color word works really well- I think I might like to try that, but I would use “redred” or maybe “redredred.”
