Why, I ask WHY, hath mankind so judgemental,
To expect the man with the stutter,
The women with the limp,
The child with the scar
To be less perfect than the best speech giver,
Fastest runner,
And the most beautiful person?
Ignorance is bliss,
But is this so?
When one is teased for not knowing what this is,
Or how that works,
Why is judgment the first thing mankind thinks?
If one over-dresses or under-dresses for an occasion,
Who is there to appease?
At least one person will cast judgment.
Is it better than just to wear uniforms,
Where everyone is forced to dress the same and thus no judgment is cast?
But no, judgment hath finds its way through all this.
The way one stands or how they look in particular clothing
Never misses the eye of evil.
Why, I ask WHY, is mankind so judgemental,
To cast an unapproving eye to whomever it dislikes?
Mankind is made differently,
And to satisfy the approval of all,
Is yet impossible.
Is this world so cruel,
To be lowered by our own,
Friends and family alike?
Why is it that instead of having friends prop up others on their shoulders,
They instead resolve to throw them off the mountain instead?
It’s all a façade of laughing on the outside,
But inside lies the real turmoil of anger.
And then everyone is out to get their revenge,
To secretly blast a harder, more damaging retort.
But couldn’t this all have been avoided,
If mankind not hath so JUDGEMENTAL?
