To learn essential cell culture skills, AOS students with cell research projects are working with HCC827 cells to earn their badges. Pictured above are HCC827 cells cultured in 10% FBS and RPMI, at passage 11 two days after splitting.

Students check their flasks to look for contamination by observing how clear or foggy their cell growth media in their flasks are.
