Salon days are held by the cosmetology program by the students once a month. A variety of services are offered to Academies students at discount prices. Cosmetology students are trained in procedures including shampoo and conditioning, color enhancing treatment, blowouts, hairstyling, and manicures, which are then offered by the cosmetology students on salon days. Proceeds support the program and the students’ projects.
