January 26th: The second Astronomy Club meeting of the school year invited speaker Hriday Unadkat, who gave valuable advice to the aspiring astronomers and aerospace engineers there. The Independence High School graduate and Princeton University freshman discussed his experiences working as a community leader, participating in clubs and internships to prepare himself for aerospace engineering, and taking a unique opportunity to speak with astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson.
