February 25th: After a long semester of Machine Learning in Python, the 11th graders in the IT Pathway of AET are finally working on App Development starting  3rd Quarter. The students are using the React Native software and Javascript language to make their apps. In the image above, Doctor Chapin, one of the Computer Science teachers, teaches a live coding lesson that helps students follow along and make screens such as the one displayed with the cat. On Friday, the students learned how to import images and make lists in the app.
