on For our last meeting, we discussed our extremely creative open ended questions. My two questions were, how did Peak come to the decision to let Sun-Jo touch the pole marking the summit before him? Secondly, and this kind of strays away from the book, what does Peak’s hairline look like? Vikas had a similar question, as he wondered what Peak looked like in general. Overall, this book was amazing.
on In today’s meeting, Vikas and I were discussing our open ended questions. Based on our discussion, we assume that Peak reaches the summit and he does it before his birthday. One question we both had is, will they get caught by the Chinese soldiers?
on For the next section of the book PEAK, I had two questions. First, I really wonder, will Peak (the protagonist) actually make it to the summit of Mount Everest before his birthday, making him the youngest person ever to reach the summit of Everest (his goal)? Second, I really wonder, will the Chinese soldiers (one of the antagonists) catch Peak and his team before they can scale Mount Everest?
