Freedom High School has a large variety of clubs, but very few offer the rare opportunity to profit. Seniors Paolo Romano and Jack Larmer founded Reselling and Entrepreneurship Club with the intentions of allowing students of all backgrounds, ages and experience levels to do just that.

With the help of sponsor John Cunningham, Romano and Larmer have helped 55 students purchase and sell items for profit. They meet weekly to inform members on upcoming profitable releases, make transactions and even code bots.

Romano is able to share his passion for reselling items with students through providing lessons and helping with checkouts. Even outside of the club meetings, he is always prepared to respond to questions that members have any time in the day.

“I personally like reselling because of the little effort that it takes and the insane profits you can get from a single item,” Romano said. “I like helping others do the same because reselling at first is difficult, so having this club makes it easier for people who want to resell to get started.”

Reselling items is a way to make a profit, but it is also very enjoyable for those intrigued by rare and valuable items. Vincent Le was able to purchase three pairs of Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Static Black Reflective shoes that are valued at $900 to $1000 each. Romano and his club have come across many exciting and interesting items to both keep and sell.

“On Nov. 28, 2019, a shoe called Nike Air Force 1 Low CLOT Black Silk dropped for $250,” Romano said. “I managed to cop 1 of 2,000 pairs, and another member of the club also managed to cop a pair. These shoes are currently selling for $850!”

This club was founded on Oct. 2, 2019, and it is easily the most profitable club available to students at FHS. Joining it is recommended to all students who wish to make money, enjoy selling items or are intrigued by unique and expensive items.
