Freedom High School’s DECA chapter partnered up with Moes on Tuesday, Oct. 30, in efforts to raise money that will go towards operating the school store and funding their many competitive events.
This co-curricular business club allows members to compete in different aspects of business to earn recognition for themselves and their schools. Members of the club had an enjoyable time raising money and spending time with their friends.
Around 75 people came to support the organization by showing the Moes DECA fliers as they bought food. Twenty percent of the proceeds were given to the club. The members were hoping to raise up to $500.
“DECA Moes night was a great way to hangout with my friends and support my favorite club at Freedom,” senior Jordan Pastro said.
