This book was so hard to put down. What an intense, raw, and emotional read about loss, revenge, and a sister’s love.!!!

Sadie and her sister Maddie have had a hard life.  Their mom is out of the picture and they live in a trailer home in Cold Creek which is a small town with little to do.  Mary Beth, the owner of the trailer park, tries to look out for the girls but it is basically the two of them.  Sadie’s life revolves around Maddie and she will do anything for her, including going after her killer.  Sadie goes missing and West McCray hears about her story and becomes obsessed with bringing Sadie home.

Sadie is a mystery with alternating chapters being told by her and the other by West McCray who is doing a podcast called “The Girls” on her disappearance.

I highly recommend this book.
