The premise of this book sound so good but for me this book fell a little short.  The Cabin is about a group of friends who head to a cabin for a weekend of fun.  The weekend ends when two of the friends end up brutally murdered and the question is which one of the remaining friends is the murderer.  Mackenzie, one of the survivors, decides she is going to find out who it is.  Along the way, she uncovers secrets about her friends that nobody knew thus pointing suspension towards them.  The end of the book has a great twist that I was totally not expecting.

The part of the book that fell short was the character development and that parts of it just dragged on.  That being said I would still recommend this book if you love a great mystery.  You will be shocked at whodunnit.
