This Netflix movie is about a once-portly nice guy comes home for the holidays and reunites with his former crush in high school that he still has feeling for. This movie is funny and romantic and is always a crowd pleaser because of its comedy. I would recommend this movie because it is so funny and everyone will enjoy it, but at times it is romantic and that will make people happy. This movie Has Ryan Reynolds  and amy smart who play their roles really well and make the movie 10x funnier.

This movie is new to Netflix and is about High School graduates who struggle with love and friendship during their final Summer together before college. This movie stars Maia Mitchell and KJ Apa as the star characters. This movie is really good because it has all genres like Comedy, Romance, Drama, and emotional so, at times the movie is different and adds a bit of drama to make you reil back in to the movie. Their are a lot of plot twists throughout the movie as well that make the movie even better because you are not expecting them. I would overall give this movie a 9/10 because it gets kind of dry at times but then the plot twists and drama pick it back up.

Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants 1&2

I recommend these movies if you don’t know what movie to watch because it displays many different movie genres like, comedy, romance, emotional, and adventure and travel. The Movies will satisfy everyone if you are watching with a big group. These movies are about 4 best friends who after spending many summers together are going their separate ways for a few months. No matter where they are they are connected by a pair of jeans that they take turns sharing. These pants fit all 4 girls and shows their tight bond. The second one is about the same thing but now the 4 girls are older and are in college and finding it harder than ever to stay in touch, and as they go their separate ways it might take more than a pair of jeans to keep their friendship together. These movie will make you cry, feel warm hearted and laugh at moments, so I highly recommend them to watch!

Mission Impossible 2

One of my favorite types of movies are action movies so this movie really caught my eye. Having seen all the other Mission impossible movies, I knew I would like this one as much as the others. I love the movies because they always have a good plot and tell a good story. They all have really good acting even in the older movies! Also they are just the right amount of action and romance together. The 2nd Mission Impossible movie is a little bit older so the movie quality isn’t as great but it is still a great watch. Tom cruise, who does all of his own stunts, is a great actor and the villeins do a great job looking very evil. I recommend this movie if you love action like me or even romance. 

Bedtime Stories

Recently they just put new movies and shows on Netflix, so I decided to watch Bedtime Stories. I have seen it before but a long time ago, so I forgot about it. It interested me because it has the actor, Adam Sandler, in it and he is always really funny and portrays the characters he is given very well. Bedtime Stories is a movie about a hotel handyman who gets an unexpected surprise when he discovers that the stories he has been telling to his niece and nephew are coming true. It is a really good movie and I recommend watching it with your family or friends even for a good, funny, romantic, heart warming movie. 

Hidden Figures

I watched this movie a long time ago but recently I watched it again. I forgot how inspiring and good it was. It is about three African American women who work at NASA and are the brains of the whole operation. The launch of John Glenn, an amazing achievement flipped history and peoples views. Starring Octavia Spencer, Janelle Monae, Taraji P. Henson as the three women who didn’t stop fighting for rights and a important place in the company. I recommend to watch this movie with your family because your parents will appreciate it and everyone will love the true story.

I watched this movie the other day and it looked really good but I was a little skeptical because I thought it would be a lot of talking and kind of like a documentary and I don’t like documentaries, but it was really good and funny. I was about a chef who quits his head chef position at a restaurant. When he is trying to find out what his next step is going to be he finds himself in Miami. He joins forces with his ex-wife, best friend, and son to make a food truck. This movie is funny but kind of has an inspiring message to it. This movie also made me happy because he found a love for life again and started up his passion for cooking again. I recommend this movie to watch with your parents or friends because its kind of mature but has a really good story.

Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle

Jumanji is about 4 high school students who aren’t really in the same cliques. But one day finds an old video game in their schools basement they are drawn into the game, like actually becoming the adult characters that they have chosen. They discovered that they must not just play Jumanji you have to survive it. They have to change the way they think about themselves and recover this stone that had been hidden.  This movie has Dwayne “the rock” Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black,  actress Karen Gillan, and Nick Jonas. The whole cast played their characters so well. The move was so funny and adventurous. I give this movie a 5 out of 5 because it was so funny, the actors and actresses played their parts really well, and it twisted the real story really well. I recommend you watch this movie!

Incredibles 2

Incredibles 2 was a good family movie. It was a sequel to the first movie Incredibles which was very good. But Incredibles 2 is about a the mom, Helen is in the spot light instead of Bob, the dad. Bob is left home with the kids, Violet, Dash, and Jack Jack. I thought the movie was good but i don’t think i’ll watch it again. I thought it was a little much with the extra super heros and i thought it was also a little predictable. Although I won’t spoil the ending, Its pretty easy to tell who the villains going to be from the beginning. Overall I think its a good movie to see but I personally won’t recommend it to people. I will give this movie a 3 out of 5 because of its predictability and its extra add ons.

The other day me and my family were searching for a good family movie to watch and we came across the movie Gifted with Chris Evans and Mckenna Grace. It’s about a young girl and her uncle who live in Coastal Town in Florida and his plans of Public school were foiled because it came to people attention that his 7 year old niece was a genius. We wanted a happy and heart warming movie that also made us cry and we found the right movie. It was a great story and there was a new event in every seen that would surprise you. I would overall give this movie a 5 out of 5 because it was really good and made me happy and it was surprising. I recommend this movie for a family movie night!
