Movie #17 Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile

I recently watched the movie Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile. It is about Ted Bundy and his girlfriend Liz. Throughout the movie it shows how Liz reacts to Teds arrests and trials. For years of knowing Ted Liz never imagined her long term boyfriend would end up be a psychopath so, she at first thought he was innocent. I give this movie a 5 out of 5 stars because it was very interesting and there were no boring parts.

Movie #16 Daddy’s Home

Over the weekend I watched the movie Daddy’s Home with my parents. It is about a step dad named Brad wanting his step daughter and son to like him. He finally gets them to enjoy his presence when the children’s actual father comes back to town and try to win them over and Brad gets very jealous and they try to compete for the children’s attention. I give this movie a 5 out of 5 stars because it is very funny and has very good actors in it.

Movie #15 Abducted in Plain Sight

Over spring break I watched Abducted in Plain Sight its about a girl named Jan who was kidnapped in a small town in Idaho by her neighbor who was a close family friend. She was returned by her neighbor 5 weeks later assuring them nothing had happened so, her neighbor brainwashed her. I overall give this movie a 4 out of 5 stars because it was very interesting to watch but it was also super creepy.

Switching it up

Usually I write about movies I’ve recently watched but, I surprisingly haven’t watched any movies in the past week. I’m going to be writing about a TV series I just recently finished, The Ted Bundy Tapes and honestly it was probably the most interesting thing I have ever watched. I really enjoy watching crime documentaries, they can be a little creepy sometimes and I can’t watch them at night but for the most part I end up learning from them. For example from The Ted Bundy Tapes I have learned to not go places with random strangers and not walk outside at night alone. Overall this Netflix series was very good I give it a 5 out of 5 stars and I really hope Netflix comes out with another series like this.

Movie #13 High School Musical

The movie High School Musical brings back a lot of memories, from singing along to the songs with my friends to wanting a relationship like Troy and Gabriela´s. All the High School Musical movies are so good but I honestly think the second one was the best. It had such a creative plot and I think it was such a good idea to show what the kids at East High did over the summer. The best part of the movie was when all the kids in the kitchen were working together and singing. I overall give all the High School Musical  movies a 5 out of 5 stars because they all had such good plots and actors.

Movie #11 Hot Summer Nights

I recently watched a movie called Hot Summer Nights on amazon, I honestly didn’t think it was the best movie I have watched. Its about a kid who gets sent off to live with family over the summer in Cape Cod, he makes a new friend whos a drug dealer and he starts dealing too. They end up becoming rich and then get in trouble. I guess thats what happens when you deal a lot of drugs though. Anyway, I give this movie a 3 out of 5 stars because some parts were interesting and other parts were boring and didn’t really make any sense.

Movie #10 The Edge of Seventeen

Over the weekend I re watched the movie The Edge of Seventeen is about a high school junior named Nadine who isnt the most popular around her school although her older brother Darian is. Her best friend and only friend, Krista starts to date Darian and Nadine isnt too happy about it. I give this movie 4/5 stars because some parts were boring and didnt really make sense but overall it was very enjoyable to watch

Movie #9 Pretty in Pink

During the snow days that we had i decided to dedicate a day to watching old movies. My favorite movie i watched was Pretty in Pink. It is about an outcast girl named Andie played by Molly Ringwald and she has a friend named duckie who has a big crush on her. At her school the rich kids and poor kids dont really get along with each other. She ends up having a crush on a rich kid names Blain and he asks her out and they start dating. I give this movie a 5 out of 5 stars because the acting was very good.

Movie #8 Grown Ups 2

I have recently watched the movie Grown Ups 2. It is about a man named Lenny Feder and his family moving to be closer to his friends. He realizes he couldn’t escape his old life in Los Angeles with bullies, party crashers and more. His friends has lots of challenges to face too Eric has to face his fear, Marcus learns he has an 18 year old son and Kurt has to go back to work as a cable repairman. I give this movie a 5 out of 5 stars because it is very funny and enjoyable to watch.

Movie #7 The First Purge

Over winter break, I rewatched the movie ¨The First Purge.¨ I thought this movie was by far the best out of all the Purge movies. The government thinks that to reduce crime rates that they should have one night where you can do any illegal thing. So they have this purge and people are either participating in it or hiding from it. I overall give this movie a 4 out of 5 stars because it was put together although some parts didnt make sense.
