The Tower Of Joy

This summer, I traveled to central asia with my whole family. We have other family members/relatives there, as well, so it was a very exciting trip for all of us. Reuniting with my other family members is one long awaited moment for all of us because we only see them in the summer. This year was the most incredible because we got to go to so many places. One of my favorite places was the Tashkent Tower. My grandpa had planned this trip for his 17 grandchildren. We all loaded on to two large cars and headed to the tower. My grandpa was the only adult who accompanied/supervised us, so we all tried to provide him with the least amount of struggle to face. The visit was extremely expensive because of the number of people we were. However, in my opinion, it was so worth it.

Once we were inside the tower, we headed to the elevator and went all the way up to the fifth floor where we could witness an entire view of the city. Seeing the city from a bird’s view was one spectacular sight. We saw a large city bordered with huge mountains, cars traveling everywhere in every direction, and an aquapark that took up a major area. There were also several models of towers from different parts of the world, such as the Eiffel Tower, displayed on the sides. Since there were information about the height of each tower, we were able to go through and compare all the towers to each other.

After looking around and enjoying the view, we headed back to the elevator and went up to the sixth floor. There was a huge, elegant, well-designed restaurant on that floor. Different glass art decorated the ceilings of the restaurant. The tables had white decorative table cloths on them and large couches on both sides of it. We all drank/ate soup, lemon tea, several different salads, and an ice cream sundae. Then, these bubbly, unique beverages were served to us. It tasted amazing. After finishing our dinner, we headed back home with all smiles. I can definitely say it was one great experience.
