Morphe is my number one cheap brand for a lot of reasons. While you cant find it in drugstores it is avaliable in Ulta and on Ulta.com also it is very affordable. Most of their big eyeshadow pallettes retail for $23 and have 35 amazing eyeshadows in them. Their brushes are also some of my personal favorites, and some of the best in the business.
