Sadie’s New Harness

Recently, Sadie got a new harness! Our friends recommended the harness because we want to teach Sadie to not pull when we walk her. When we first put the harness on, Sadie constantly chewed on it. Now, she knows it isn’t chew toy! The harness has helped her to not pull when we walk her. My Dad took this pic of her to show off her new harness.

Sadie and the Snow

A few weeks ago our entire backyard was covered in snow! As soon as Sadie realised it was covering the ground, she begged to go outside. Snow is her favorite! As soon as I opened the door, she bolted out and complete submerged herself in the snow. When all of the snow melted, Sadie became really sad. Hopefully next year Sadie will be able to enjoy more snow, because she likes it so much!

Sadie’s New Friend

Sadie recently made another new friend… Roxy. Roxy and Sadie get along extremely well.. especially when they are doing tricks to get some treats. Sadie and Roxy enjoyed playing fetch, tug of war, or any toy they could get their mouths on! They both get along extremely well, and they will definitely have another puppy play date!

Picking My Puppy

As you know from reading my other blogs, we picked Sadie out in August. When we first arrived to the farm where she was raised, there were 7 puppies all very similar to Sadie. We played with them all and I wanted to take them all home! We finally all agreed to pick Sadie! She was about 14 pounds when we first picked her out. She is now 27!

Sadie’s Sick Day

A few days ago, Sadie was given a few too many treats and she had to go to the vet. For an entire week, we were not allowed to provide Sadie with any treats. She did not like this very much, because she was not able to have any peanut butter. (Her favorite snack) After a few days though, she was back to her normal self.

Meet Sadie

This is my dog named Sadie. She was born in March and is a Miniature Golden Doodle. She loves to play, but she also loves just sitting on the couch and taking a quick nap. She also enjoys fetch and peanut butter!
