All about Nadia!

Hello! My name is Nadia and here is 10 facts about me!

  1. I absolutely adore cooking! My signature dish(that I love cooking so much) is Black Bean Tamale Pie(its not actually a tamale{just the ingredients}). When I found this recipe for the first time, I was just scrolling through the internet and I kind of connected with it.
  2. A few months ago(Is that right? I don’t remember), I started delving into sewing,  in example, I have sewn little dementors with black felt and stuffing to hang around the room.
  3. Here’s something weird about me: Whenever I go shopping, I always feel like I need to get someone(my friends or family) something special and if I can’t, I always feel bad.
  4. I’m almost always social, happy, and energetic during the whole day(including during the night), no matter what problems I have to face.
  5. I am a huge fan of the arts, of the bunch, I especially enjoy(and love) reading, writing, acting, and drawing, whether it be digital or not, I also enjoy singing(but lets face it, I’m pretty bad).
  6. I am a person who goes with flow (when it comes songs) and will listen to any kind of music out there, no matter if it is rap, country, K-Pop, etc.
  7. Something different about me: Sometimes I project my voice without realizing, mainly because of the fact that I had an ear infection(somewhere around 6th grade{I don’t remember exactly})which permanently damaged my hearing in my left ear.
  8. My two all-time loveable(not favorites simply because I don’t have any{all the books are too good})book series are Percy Jackson and Harry Potter, they inspire me to be a better author and a better friend, if I had to choose a third, I believe Lord Of The Rings would fit that category.
  9. When it comes to(exotic type mammals{sorry I love Aladdin}) peoples feelings, I try to emit positive feelings and thoughts in a way that others will understand since I am a huge optimist(if you didn’t get that from #4) and I don’t like when people are being pessimistic, which ends up in me trying to cheer them up.
  10. I am a child of three children, I happen to be the youngest of the bunch(which has its perks, but also has a downside) and I have an older brother and sister.

  1. Nadia,
I found your blog fascinating since you shared such a wide variety of interests. The Black Bean Tamale Pie sounds delicious. I think we might need to plan for a special meal one day in our Communications Class because there are several chefs and bakers in there!
Your family and friends must LOVE it when you go shopping because they often get a treat. That is so thoughtful of you, and it in keeping with your attempt to always remain positive.
I also think your image in the header is so eye-catching, and I love that you’ve already added some photos and a music video for your blog!
I’m certain we are going to have a great year together!

  2. Lily,

Thats a hard question, usually I stick to just pencils and paper, but I do like painting. That’s okay, not everyone is going to be super positive the whole day.
