The food is great. It is a mix of traditional Spanish food mixed with mediterranean influences. Catalonian dishes are big on meat and fish. While you are there, taste the Catalonian version of paella, arròs a la catalana. It has many of the key ingredients from paella but this dish doesn’t use saffron which is very important in Spanish paella.

Attractions in Barcelona

The beaches are big part of the tourist attraction in Barcelona. Barceloneta Beach is Barcelona’s busiest and crowded beach but it is very fun and entertaining. There is also a lot of good places to eat near there. Next, is Nova Icaria Beach. It attracts lots of young people since you can do a lot of watersports there. There is also a big shopping center and English cinema there.
