Today marks the 2nd day of the NFL Combine. The NFL combine is used to test young players and all their skills. NFL scouts are always there with a list of their team needs and watch the events. They test your vertical jump,your 40 yard dash time and many more. Usually it is just college players their and scouts looking to see who to draft but young NFL players go into the events as well. Today Shaquem Griffin surprised a lot of people by running the 40 yard dash in 4.38. His brother said that he wouldn’t do too well because he put on some weight but he got one of the fastest times for a LB for the past decade! This is my favorite thing about the NFL Combine. It gives a chance for young players to stand out and show off their talent. I hope the Seahawks have scouts there because we need some young talent in many positions to make a Super Bowl run!
