I am so late on this trade. The Chiefs are basically trying to make their roster younger. They already traded away Alex Smith and are starting Patrick Maholmes the third at QB who they drafted last year. Marcus Peters was being negative on the field and off it and they don’t want their young players to catch on to that negativity. As for the Rams this might go either way. First let me get this straight, Marcus Peters is a good cornerback when he focuses. Rams are one of the best teams in the league at the moment and they have a young roster that could win. Aaron Donald,their DT, won Defensive Player of the Year Award this year. Todd Gurley the third, their RB, won Offensive Player of the Year. Their coach,Sean Mcvay, is the youngest headcoach in NFL history. he led the team to a division title and a playoff spot. He won Coach of the Year for this year. Their cornerbacks look pretty good as Marcus Peters can guard the other team’s best wide receiver and the other cornerbacks can help out. For the Rams this can go either way. This could help or hurt my Seahawks as well.
