As I realize I have so much

Yet so little

Nothing

The noise stops

My heart is the only one

Who knows what I feel

But it starts to give up,too

And suddenly

It lets go

Fear pulses into my legs

Climbs up my torso

Shoots up my arms

And splashes on my mind

Trapping it in never-ending doubt

And misery

Why I go on

Do I still care?

Dead.

But still,

I breathe.
