Saturday morning I woke up and went down stairs to get breakfast. I looked at the time and I had to leave in 1 hour! So I ate my breakfast super fast and go showered I still needed to pack so I got into sweatpants and a t-shirt after my shower and packed super fast. 30 more minutes and still had pack some stuff, the time went by so fast I had to leave in 5 minutes but it felt like it has only been 1. So I got in the car and went to Target because that is where I was meeting my aunt. It was about a 20 minute car ride and then a 45 minute car ride to my aunts. In between car rides me and my aunt went to Target and Dicks. At Target I got some cokes and talkies, Talkies are a tortilla chip rolled up into a tube and then chili powder and lime dumped over them. They are spicy but they are good. At Dicks I got a simply southern shirt and some freeze dried ice cream it was so good. We got Starbucks and Chick-fil-a. When we got to my aunts house I showed my uncle my ukulele and just hung out. A little bit later we went to glow in the dark mini golf and arcade it was so much fun! After mini golf we went to the melting pot for my cousins and my cousins husbands birthday. It was sooooooooooo yummy! And that is what I did on Saturday!

I am so very sorry that i didn’t post all weekend I was at my aunts house and I forgot that I needed to post and I couldn’t because my aunts laptop was getting fixed so i had nothing to blog on. So right now I’m going to be catching up and right now I am going to make not 1 not 2 but 3 posts and this is one of them. The next post is going to be what I did all weekend and all that fun stuff. The best time of day is LUNCH, lunch is so good and yummy. Especially if you have your moms double chocolate chip cookies all soft and the chocolate is all gooey. SNAP OUT OF IT!!! Oops lets get back to talking about lunch not your moms double chocolate chip cookies, YUM! Lunch is so good and yummy, great now i’m getting hungry. I was already hungry enough but now I just need to eat, eat, eat. The time is ticking very slowly only 20 more minutes to go. I get to buy lunch today I hope it is yummy, I hope I have enough money. Time is going slow, 17 minutes to go. I can’t wait for lunch, I sit with a bunch! Well I have to go I will try and tell you how it was!

Hey guys! Today I’m going to be telling you about what I do EVERY summer. I go to Cape Cod, Massachusetts every summer and every time I go there I see my best friend her name is Holly, but I only get to see her 4 out of 365 days. That means 361 days I don’t get to see my best friend. One of my favorite things we do is not together it is when I’m and my house and she is at her’s. We wright back and forth to each other, on birthdays and holidays we send gifts together and we also send letters to each other just for fun. I can’t wait to see her this summer! Hey guys today I am going to be talking about going to school. I will try and make it funny so you guys won’t just be sitting here getting bored to death so let’s get started. 7:00 am- This is when your alarm goes off. You try and turn it off but it falls this is also when you find out that  you cracked your phone the whole screen BROKEN. Then you go back to sleep. 7:45- You 5th and final alarm you look at the time and you see that you are gonna be late to the bus. Then when you go to pick up your “amazing” outfit you put out the night before you see that it ISN’T THERE. You search your whole closet and you find out that it was on top of you dresser. 7:55- OH NO I HAVE TO LEAVE IN 5 MINUTES. So you get some frozen waffles and make them to go. While the waffles are heating up you get on you jacket and pack your lunch. 8:06- This is the time you head out the door and run to the bus stop that is like a mile away. And I’m not a scientist but… Cold wind+Winter= Not good at all. It is like 3 degrees out here and I am running to the bus stop when the cold wind is rushing through my hair and banging up against my face which makes me VERY cold. 8:10- When you get to the bus stop nobody is there, you check what time it is and it is too late so you run back to your house and get your bike and ride as fast as you can to get there before 8:24. You get there just in time right before the bell rings and go to first block. DISCLAIMER THIS IS NOT MY REAL MORNING I AM A GOOD STUDENT AND I DON’T EVER MISS THE BUS!!!

Serves: 6 mug cakes

INGREDIENTS

• 1/3 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 cup almond flour
• 1/3 cup Swerve Sweetener
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

1. In a microwave safe bowl, melt peanut butter and butter together until smooth.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, sweetener, and baking powder. Stir in two large eggs, vanilla extract, melted peanut butter mixture and water until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips
3. Divide among 6 mugs and microwave each for one minute, until puffed and set. You should serve warm.
